Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-7 working days. In case of delays, the customer will be informed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
  • In case you need order delivered urgently, please contact us on email or phone and let us know. Express delivery costs more and is not included in the MRP.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Free shipping. Estimate delivery 7-10 days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Extra Shipping Cost - Rs 150.00. Estimate delivery 4-7 days.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active as soon as the order is booked with the logistics partner.
