Naval, from Sitamadhi district near Muzaffarpur in Bihar moved to Delhi in 2001 and worked with a brand called Haathi Chaap. In 2018 when Haathi Chaap decided to close down, Naval joined our team to help us in procurement and production. Naval lives in Delhi with his family. He and his wife run a kirana store out of their home, which also doubles up as our supply base for stationary and office supplies. Always ready with a jugaad and great in spotting good deals for purchase!

(Finance & Order Dispatch)

Mohan, forever surrounded by files and always found glued to the computer screen, handles the finance and order dispatches. Mohan joined us in 2017. He moved to Delhi in 2017 from his village Dayalpur, near Patna in Bihar. And has been working with us since then. Mohan, while working with Potli has completed his MBA in marketing and is always pouring out ideas to grow the business. He lives with his brother in Noida while his parents are in Bihar.

Mahinder hails from Kaptanganj, near Khushinagar in Uttar Pradesh and was the first one to join Potli way back in 2004, when the idea of Potli was still in our minds. Mahinder joined us as the driver, but soon he was driving the sales and most of the work single handedly. We jokingly call him the Managing Director of Potli!
Mahinder, now is in-charge of production and Exhibitions sales. His passion, loyalty, honesty and persistence has made him a very dependable person, not only within the team but also outside. Ever ready to lend a helping hand, Mahinder is also very popular in Exhibitions. He lives in Noida, along with his family which is forever ready to help us in times of need. Thanks to Mahinder , who also doubles up as the executive chef and the rest of the team as the sous chef once a month that we get some delicious food cooked in the office. It’s an open house! We are missing these lunches these days!!

(Social Media & Online Sales)

The youngest member of our team, the smartest and brightest! Extremely hard working, an eager learner and very dependable, Somnath is in second year of his graduation from Delhi University. He handles the social media, and online sales for us. Though he joined us as part time, he is seen mostly in our office or on his laptop till late hours trying to push sales and post campaigns. Somnath is addicted to Potli!

Behind the scenes, Prateek is a part of the Social media team, and teams up with Somnath. Very quiet, extremely punctual and very dependable, Prateek is the go-to person for us any time of the day or night. Prateek has been associated with us for 4 years now.

(Accounts & Taxation)

Pramod, who has been with us since 2008, handles the Tax related issues for our organization. Pramod, too works behind the scene. Always there to help us out of any accounting issues.
